When TOM's earnings get back on track, the PE multiple could be great. Even though revenues are down, margins are up.

Remember when Goepel McDermitt had the huge 30,000 share sell order at .70. It is interesting that when it started to sell that they repriced it at .80. Either they expect a run or they didn't really want to sell and were just trying to hold the price down.

There are also a lot of insider shares that are "in the money" at .60. Nothing bodes better for a stock than when the insiders don't sell.

There are 64,000 shares (worth $44,000) available to a buck. After that, there is 2,500 shares available at $3.50. (Must be John T and his Christmas wish (-; )

New shares will come out of the woodwork on a run up, but not many. Any kind of good news could make for an extremely merry Y2K! It doesn't take many momentum players to take out $44,000.

The difference between the .65 offer and the .60 bid is almost 10%. .70 is over 15%.

Sellers would be wise to exercise a little patience and wait for liquidity - otherwise you are throwing good money away.

They know a bargain when they see it. If we're lucky, they know a little more than we do.

The fact this person has stepped up to the plate with a $20K order and is demonstrating patience (e.g. a 2,500 share bid appeared for a couple of days at .61, and the 35K bidder held their bid at .60), shows they are a disciplined and somewhat sophisticated investor.

P.S. It will be interesting to see what kind of bid shows up if/when their current order gets filled.
