Heinz, i believe even the "smart money' has been fooled by the strength of this bull as indicated by the distribution tops of 97 and 98 and underestimated the power of publics ability to support this bull. The sign of all bull market peaks is massive public participation, the insiders-smart money buys the bottoms and distribute to the public at the top and Al the tow truck driver has been doing his best to convince the public that you will get rich and buy and island domain IF YOU BUY THE TOP TICK! NO GRIN! Net Nutz - ask yourself why IPO insiders are chomping at the bit to sell at the end of the quiet period. IT'S CALLED DISTRIBUTION.
