John, I have never been long or short ZSUN. I can tell you that the SEC in Washington D.C. has assigned the case to the SEC enforcement division in Salt Lake City, UT. They have tons of information that is being forwarded to them and ZSUN did have two sets of audited financials which to this day have not explained to the general public. After we had pointed out the fraudulent financials to them they took off the fraudulent audited financials off their web site weeks later. Go figure.
