Doug,

I see the divergence on the 13 day rsi(using Dow Industrials) but if you look at the weekly 13 rsi, the current picture is very poor IMO. There is a very severe downtrend in this weekly indicator starting in May of 1999. The current value is around 40 and has not yet set up a divergence as it did in October of 1998. Could you please discuss the weekly 13 rsi and the potential ramifications. Thanks in advance. IMHO.
