LG, The put call ratio is as high as I have seen it in months for both the Cboe and S&P 100 (puts to calls). From as a contrarian indicator, the markets should bounce from here (near term). This indicator (I check it in Barron's each week) has been a pretty good indicator from week to week for me. This one stands out because of how bullish it indicates. I understand that at some point we will be oversold and still go down. Your thoughts? Steve D.
