This would seem to indicate we are near a bottom. However, there are many other financial stocks with PEs below 18. True, none have growth prospects to 30%, but in a rising rate environment where growth could be slowing amid inflation fears, even a PE of 18 may be considered excessive by some.

One thing to keep in mind. If MSFT were to sell at a 40 PE, the DOW would be under 8000 and the NAZ probably under 2000. Scary thought..
