Del, I knew about Singleton. I didn't realize that TT had bought up huge chunks of NM, too, though I knew his total land holding were massive. I just did searches for town information and real estate info for the northwest NM area. There's not a whole lot, as there's not a lot of people there, but there's a fair amount. Yesterday I looked at Wyoming. They sell "fly-fishing" properties. If you wanna drop a few million, that's the place to go. Gotta say that it's gorgeous, though. I got an e-mail back from the folks with the 30 acres. They said that "most people don't like the road". Wells are running about 200 feet with the cost being 13.50 with casing. And there is power "nearby". And they've dropped the price by 10 grand. That could pay for the 4-wheeler needed to get to the place.
