Here's how the silver percentages of a few lined up two years ago, according to Midland Walwyn - Message 3357438

MLCan put out a silver update 07/10, but with an unpasteable chart on a pdf file, i'll estimate the percentages [per cent of revenue derived from Ag];
Sunshine .......... 80
PAA ............... 74
Buenaventura ...... 70
Coeur ............. 55
Peñoles ........... 43
Apex .............. 40
Hecla ............. 28
KGHM .............. 22
TVX ............... 18
Groupo [sic] ...... 15
Kinross ........... 12
Homestake ......... 10
Cominco ........... 08
Placer ............ 07
M.I.M. ............ 06
Noranda ........... 06
Pasminco .......... 06

They have another chart on earnings sensitivity, in US$ per share per .50 move in PoS;
Apex .............. .29
Coeur ............. .25
PAA ............... .24
Buenaventura ...... .08
Hecla ............. .06
KGHM .............. .05
TVX ............... .04
Peñoles ........... .03
.. the rest quite low.

ML's 06/10/99 chart showing "R^2 or Correlation to Changes in Silver Prices";
Sunshine ........... 47
Hecla .............. 41
Apex ............... 39
PAA ................ 31
Coeur .............. 30
Peñoles ............ 20
Buenaventura ..... 16
Homestake ........ 10
TVX ................ 08
Kinross ............ 08
Placer ............. 08
.. the rest quite low .. numbers are an eyeball estimate of a bar chart.

I assume they're talking here about their perception of the theoretical sensitivity of respective market caps to a given move in the PoS ..... cheers
