Sounds a bit fishy: "heard rumors that SEC was working on an investigation of SI Boards, resulting in temporary shutdown... source was "Market Direction Analysis" thread" Since I hear the site was down for about five hours on Saturday, I would assume that they were doing maintenance on the servers, other computer equipment; not uncommon because the weekend is used for maintenance on a lot of sites. I would not think tht culling information from a discussion board would require the site being down.
