Yeah, but if I were really super-trendy, I'd have someone named Carlos or Maria running one of those things for me. I've used similar when volunteering in an institutional kitchen, those aren't for ordinary households. I am content to be the middle-class, middle-aged, housefrau in the suburbs. Well, maybe if we were multi-millionaires, I'd feel differently about it, but not in this lifetime.

That WOULD be cool! To have a big Hobart. Stanless steel counters and sliding racks ~ I've seen households that could use that.

Personally, I HATE dishwashers. Far as I'm concerned, trendy is doing em quietly yourself in front of a nice window with music while the master chef whips up the planet's finest vittles.

'Course, we are barren! BWAhahahahahHAAAAAa!!!!

But we do have nice dishes.
