Have you had that chimney checked to make sure it doesn't have a lot of junk caked in it? A chimney fire can be as exciting as any earthquake. And don't burn too much soft wood.

I don't even own a heavy coat anymore, Coby. Definitely no snow boots. Shoot, I wear walking shorts to work every single day of the year. Sure wish it would snow here.
