When I was there 1 1/2 years ago I saw the hot sauce and seasonings and being sold at the market. I didn't know the difference though. I will have to get another book on this history of New Orleans.

It's like San Francisco I guess....I can remember when.....

New Orleans was still a very special place to me. I enjoyed it a great deal. And the food!! It's like going to food heaven if you like spicy food. LOL
