Gary Winnick used to work for Milken didn't he? Ahhhh. Guilt by association. Did not we free ourselves from this some 224 years ago? Anyway, history shows that Mr. Milken was simply a scape goat for a time of excess & embarassment - unless of course you only read the headlines. Are you aware the wealth he created and the folks that his "junk debt" enabled to start companies that contributed to the current economic prosperity? Doing homework is tough, but is much more rewarding than reading the cliff notes.
