Exactly. Market will do what least amount of people expect it to do. Everyone is waiting for some big crash to get their cash back in, if they have any cash. May not happen this time around. To the one who said everyone is sitting on the sidelines with cash. I do not think so. Most mutual fund managers are fully invested, maybe they have 2-5% cash to spare, especially since some people are starting to cash everything in before Y2K. What is the first thing to go, thats right, cash reserves, then mutual funds start selling shares. I bet some mutual funds even have zero cash right now.
