Never say never. I was on the opposite side of the fence until AG's remarks! Surely he does want to cause a BIG BK??? AG has great hubris..in his youth (as Fed chief), he's the man that saved us from the effects of the crash of '87. In his middle ages (as Fed chief) he gave us the prosperity of the 90's and tamed inflation. In his latter years, he pulled us back from the brink when LTCM collapsed. Now, for his final and greatest trick, --- the Fed will prevent a depression following the collapse of the biggest market bubble in U.S. history!! (of course for this trick, we first need the crash) Funny, that's what people thought last time. nytimes.com
