Doc, (if u don't mind may I call you this way?)

I felt your genuine concern and caring heart for a psycho like myself. I really appreciate that.

I think most of us thinking about dying once in a while. Thinking itself is not a danger... is it?
To me, living is more of a duty than joy...
I have many mouths to feed and I plan to carry out my duty faithfully.
(I do get quite a bit of joy from this SI though)

It doesn't matter if SI Bob cut me off from SI, I have another life time membership. I don't use it but just in case I get kicked out, I have a back up (Am I qualified as a true SI junkie or what?)

I'll have that super junkie award.

jon

I come up with some suggestions to help IA from my OWN experience & observation. So it ain't NO scientific way to cure IA.

Having said that, I divided IA into 3 groups.

1. IA junkies.
2. IA (normal addiction)
3. IA, candidates.

1. IA junkies:
- Spend over 60 hours per week surfing the net.
- Divorced or in brink of divorce because of internet abuse.
- Developed serious health problem due to internet.
- Cannot carry out NORMAL life due to internet.

Since IA junkie is the most serious problem,
let me address that first.
