Hi L, " Any soothing or calming comments welcome." Don't know that I can offer any. I agree that the cost energy permeates all levels of our economy. In my own retail meat business, I have seen some wholesale prices increase 40% in 8 weeks. These prices can't be passed on without a loss in market share, so bottom lines will be hurt. I will say though, all you need is staying power. You may see a big down turn,(oil prices, Y2K, Russia, etc.) but I don't think it will last that long. I don't think we boomers want to settle for money market rates. Bottom line: WCII is a great Co. WCII is in the right place at the right time WCII management has great Vision and the ability to execute its plan Stay the course you will be rewarded. Best to you, Louis
