All of the apparel retailers and manufacturers seem to go through violent swings - look at CBUK, URBN, WTSLA, etc. Those swings often have little to do with earnings or same-store sales figures. I haven't followed TOM long enough to understand whether it is a great value or an accident waiting to happen at this level. But the May 30's at 2 9/16 look like a good way to play it with minimal downside. If TOM tanks late this year, I would have overpaid by 2 points instead of 5-10.
