Re-read the Wireless post about ETSI and would like to check my understanding with you. Before the ERICY settlement there was "The question ... whether [QCOM's] IPRs are really essential." After the ERICY settlement, the answer is essentially YES. Am I understanding this article and what you wrote correctly?
