Blank,

I'm listening to the cc again. Here are the exact words on year over year growth. Maybe I was right to begin with:

Q: Kenny, you had mentioned a comfort level with the 30% growth rate long term. Would it be fair to assume that that doesn't include the first 2 quarters of 1999 like in looking forward. That is, your current level is more of a normal earnings level, and then kind of a 30 percent growth off of that longer term?

KP: The answer is yes but I wouldn't pinge off a comfort to say that year over year I'm still, including 2000, that I'm comfortable with a 30 pct. growth rate.

Q: You are saying that you are comfortable with 30 pct. growth rate in 2000 over 1999?

KP: Over year-over-year, but I'm certainly not comfortable with 30 pct. quarter over quarter in the first two quarters.

Q: Okay.

10. NASD reduced Selectnet fee from 1 to 20 cents last month.

Hasn't happened yet. Won't happen til 11/1 at earliest, and likely to slip to 2000. Won't kick in til after about 20% of monthly volume. Saves maybe a penny a quarter when it kicks in. (You can call to discuss more if you want.)
