Robert,

I think you are on target when it comes to the upside for Cohu being the Rambus market taking off and that is just a matter of time and then of course if a test equip supplier decides to go after the premier test equip handler we would be looking at a significant ramp up in price from here. Cohu is a great company with a dominant position that would fit with many other companies. If not a test equip supplier then another semi equip company that has a higher PE in line with most of the other companies in the sector could come after Cohu paying a significant premium in an all stock deal and we would be looking at a value double the current market price if not more.

Alternatively, Cohu management needs to get proactive on the investor relation side as there is no reason it should not trade in line with other semiequips and quite frankly due to its strong niche position it should trade at a premium. Hopefully we will get there soon.

Good luck to all!

Robert,

i use IBD too but be careful. i have seen the semi equip group go from top 10 industry groups down to 190's and back again. in retrospect, the best time to buy is when the semi equip are down in the 190's like last fall and sell when its been hanging in the top 10 for "too long". buy low and sell high works really well for cyclical industries.

i suspect that the semi manufacturers stocks are getting "tired", they been in the top 10 for a while. i wouldnt be surprised to see them start slipping out of the top 10 while the semi equipment break into the top ten, hang there a while, then follow the semi manufacturers down.

currently, i hold no semi manufacturers or equip stocks, took my profits and ran. we jump back in later.

good luck on investing and your marathons
