Any government work that they can garner is a plus, because who loves paperwork more than the government? They certainly have ridden the Prudential application for all its worth. Why not? It shows how they can solve problems for other companies that have dispursed locations/employees. Any free press with JetForm on it is good. Regarding the takeover, I certainly can not speculate about that. I think Mr. Kelly had some comments on that issue a few months ago when it was rumored. SAP and other ERP/software companies continue to lag the market. IMHO, >6mo. till some uptick of significant biz for FORM. FORM is working on XML technology and with the emerging cell phone "3G" market also interested in this application, this could lead to a nice biz opportunity. This is a >2yrs away, however. XML is critical to JetForm, and I think the company knows this. Jim
