That does seem a little rich.However looking at fyoo 1.58x50pe=79 and fy01 1.82x43pe=78.26 Isnt that the low end of pe awarded msft in recent years?Thanks for your input.

The reason is seems rich is because the net profit margin is 39%. You really can't take a P/S for MSFT cause they make so much damn money margin-wise. In fact, MSFT's current PE is 64. Last year, they grew the bottom-line 74%. I think the PE is under y/y growth due to the trial. MSFT is cheap here and it looks to only get cheaper given current market conditions. I'm waiting till after the trial to load up.
