Bill, Perhaps you mean well in regards to REFR, but I got to tell you this is pretty thin evidence your citing, and from an articles over two years ago! There have been numerous developments since then. Also, you said, "We recently got in touch with Dr. Lampert". Who is the "we" you are referring too? Thanks
