Hey William,

I found your discussion with Eric to be quite interesting and wanted to ask you some questions if you don't mind me bringing this thread back to life.

A. When you say that Barnes & Noble has never generated any free cash flow, which entity are you talking about the Brick and Mortar operation or the Online business

B.Could you clarify your point w.r.t why you feel that all that matters is cash?

C.Finally, why do you think Amazon will beat Barnes to this milestone?
