No SOY..or, Yo no soy..or, Yo no hablo con Soy.
If you haven't seen Bob since '89...it's time to. I see him every time I can..sometimes he's better than others. BUT, the last 3 times he has been very into it...Very very good.

Sir Doug is a wildman. Loves the spotlight. Anytime he gets onstage here..anywhere for anything..he doesn't leave until the lights come up. He's a real Sahmbeech.

That audio link is superior in quality to any I've heard.."..I know it looks like I'm moving..but I'm standing still..."
The way his voice changes when he sings "still" haunts me everytime I hear it. So confessional..if he feels that way, then I guess It's OK for us too. That whole album seems like a very introspective look from man who's not sure of anything, much less himself. A F*CKIN beautiful song, man!
I saw Terry Allen last SWSX. He's from Lubbock and well respected here. I was dragged to the show by a friend who knew that DAvid Byrne would be there singing backup. Reluctantly, I stood in the audience at Liberty Lunch (deceased club) and was totally blown away by his energy and lyrics....It turned out to be the show of the conference..for me. Lloyd Maines plays and produces for him. It was something special..I love that.
