I know of several people ALL over the country (including myself twice as a seller and twice as a buyer) who have sold their homes for near listing price in less than a month over the last twelve or so months! I raised rents 15% last year and 20% this year! After raising the rents, it still took less than a week to get tenants with nothing but a sign in the yard.
