The scaling is a bit different between the two charts.

The bubble's a bit bigger in '28-'29, with the index doubling in the period from 192-381. During the similar period the DOW went from 7500 to 11250 for a 50% rise.

But, the shape is quite similar. It IS an ugly chart now. I'd bet for a few more days sell off. The chart seems to indicate 7500-8000 as the bottom. Scary stuff kids.
