E-Mail from Alan Spar.
Don, RWB, All:
I have left Financial Intranet to peruse the not-so-demanding life of a consultant. I have been and will continue to be involved with the company on a consulting basis as requested by the FNTN management. I am currently working closely with FNTN management and various vendors on the Web site redesign project as well as others.

Financial Intranet is not a scam business. My reputation is way too valuable to be involved in any illegitimate ventures. If FNTN was a scam, I would blow the whistle. FNTN is not a scam business. Michael and Maura work themselves very, very hard for the benefit of the business. I have seen the FNTN management make many personal sacrifices for the company. I have seen FNTN face many hurdles and was impressed with the wherewithal of the management to work though and solve problems. I am also encouraged by the addition of Cory Rinker to the staff. He is a very smart, no-nonsense guy with a lot of experience.

None of this statement is for my benefit. I have no current or pending stock or options in any form. I have had no compensation asside from my modest salary (which ended when I left) and my usual (market standard) consulting rates. This will be my only statement on the matter.

I wish Financial Intranet and it's shareholders the best of luck.

Regards,

Alan Spar
