So according to Stephens', an investment in GMST will be dead money for at least a year (12 month target: $78)?

that caught my eye too.
i believe the other analysts are at 120 and 150.
surprised that stephen's maintained a buy. if that is really the target (78) in 2 points they have to raise the bar or lower the rating.
