Ron, to my amusement (amazement) you insists on "spelling" everything....even simple things that is no way you could misunderstood....O'key I am sorry..

I pleased that you find yourself amused by my spelling....

I'm certainly amused by your sentence structure... :0)

Gold is just a replenishable as oil. Every ounce that is found and extracted merely adds to the total global inventory.

And while those Faberge' Eggs and Buddhas may not be melted down, certainly all of that gold that has been used in electronics will create even more impetus to recycle and reuse it, thus undercutting the demand for newly extracted gold.

Just what is it that you expect will motivate people to use more gold than they have in the past 10 years??

As for 14 years of supply at current production rates, that is a stat that has been floating around here on this thread for several years. Whether that figure is accurate or not is about as relevant as the prevailing view that 1/2 of all gold in existence is held by CBs.

Maybe Bob Johnson, who I find to be a very credible source of gold related info, can clear this up for us all.

Regards,

Ron
