Bob very rarely makes testable predictions but made several today. e.g., We are within a few percentage points from a bottom if the market falls more than a "few" percentage points, he'll clearly be wrong e.g., We don't feel there will be a bear market in 1999 if the market soon loses 20% from highs and stays there more or less till years end, he will also be wrong I appreciate when Bob puts his model on the line and makes testable predictions that can be proven wrong. After all, that is what true predicting or market timing is all about.
