Accepting a dinner invitation is a bit different than attending public school. Schooling is compulsory- is eating with your friends compulsory? Does the federal government have a hand in your dinner engagements? Again a very simple distinction between public and private.

Just getting around to reading the messages posted to me during the last week. Decided to let them go until the weekend and concentrate on the market instead. Did I miss anything?

FWIW, "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" will be showing tonight on the Odyssey channel and might be something those with children would enjoy watching as a family.
