2. Have you ever had any relationship with this company other than as a stockholder? Yes I see, you have had a relationship with this company, but you don't want to talk about it. Isn't that interesting. You would promote their activities, promote their stock, but you would not declare your involvement with them? In fact it took a little doing to even get you to this admission. You are engaging in touting activities for a company that you have had, or still have a relationship with and you have not been forthcoming about your relationship with them. Why am I not surprised? I guess that begs the question, now that you have put it in play, of just exactly what that relationship with EssxSport is or has been. Inquiring minds want to know. You have an obligation to publicly disclose this relationship here in case you haven't been chatting with your securities lawyers lately.
