I know he said it, it just didn't jive. The legal factor makes sense.

Ted,

We'll just have to wait for the analysts meetings next month to get clarification on Dresden production as well as many other issues that were left up in the air at the CC. Jerry said several times that he would be able to present a much clearer picture at that time.
