Dave, until something good happens in regards to Bumbat....

I'll put into a running post pictures that represent old mgr shareholders
opinion of Mongolia in pictures.

So anyone please post a picture and I'll copy it and create an updates post
that contains all pictures to view.

David, is that car sitting in front of the Bumbat Mill? No wonder there is no confidence in MGR/TDC! The only way I see TDC's price climbing and any real interest in the company being regained is if the Mongolian partner indicates that it will pay its debt and the Mill is re-opened. But that sure seems wishful thinking with the current Mongolian situation, i.e. no meaningful Rule Of Law means no meaningful legal actions can be undertaken in Mongolia - means that MGR/TDC is "out in the cold" (like its car) at present. What model car is that? Hard to tell with the tree being where the engine was. Were the engine and other parts plundered? If so, you can imagine that the Mill looks in the same condition (unless it still has the round-the-clock protection that Dave referred to way back)! :( Phil

David,

Could you or anyone else supply a new url link to this photo?

"... car was once used to shuttle MAC executives around."

Another company i have shares in (Golden Eagle, gold mine in Bolivia)
needs to upgrade some of their equipment and this would be a nice car
to take any potential investors on a tour of the mine. If i remember
correctly this car needs only an oil change and a tree removed.
