Brian, Brinker took a lot of heat last year for NOT calling either of the dual plunges. His style since I've been listening has been to almost lull his listeners into a faith that he'll always warn them of a bear or otherwise bad market. He doesn't guarantee that, but his listeners come to believe it, almost religiously. Last year he lost a ton of credibility. I was listening to his shows quite a lot then, remember many very upset callers. Again, I don't think he means to sell himself as THE overall market guru, but a lot of folks put him up there. Tony
