Slacker, and it would seem to follow that at or before the time to upgrade for mobility, Nextwave (assuming it is around and providing the iBridge described) will have been added to Q!'s licensee list. Again, as Vman posited, some (or all) fixed CDMA flavors do not require Q! IPR.

Love the map Vman's url in prior post. Now we need the trojan horse strategy for Euroland.
