The street trashed CDN, not because they are changing the revenue model, but because they blatantly and deliberately misled the street. Last year they ate up the backlog to keep sales growth going, and meanwhile the insiders were selling like mad. Now they make gloomy forecasts while the insiders are buying. This stock is probably a good trade, but be aware that management has done nothing to earn your trust, and be very wary of holding it too long, and be especially careful if insiders start selling.

It will take a long time for the street to trust them again. Simply replacing top management will not do it.

Ian: Welcome aboard. With any good news from the company, the price could run up dramatically. But,it is clear they've been mismanaged for a while and have engaged in a number of deplorable practices such as repricing options and front loading revenues to make it appear they were doing better than they were. Hopefully, that kind of immature behavior is behind them.
Did want to note, I misspelled Mr. Lucas's name; but the point I made is the same.

Arnie
