UPS and PNLK seem to keep popping up in the same venues !! I think this is great. According to the bus rags, the only reason they are going public is to use their new stock to buy out other co's to continue their growth. They will use the $$ proceeds from the ipo to buy out their emplyees' stock and then use that stock to buy other co's. (sounds a bit complicated to me.) I would keep a close eye on ups's moves if I were a holder of PNLK stock, which I am <gg> !! UPS takes vote on 10/25 to go foward with re-org that would then allow the IPO. Victor
