Not too long ago there was some kind of directive from the CEO or IR of TALK (Cant remember which and cant remember where I read the memo) that he was personally taking action to "bust the shorts" and bring the share price up in the short term. When an officer of a company comes out in print with that (true or not true) it always catches my attention with a question mark.

I simply cant understand why a huge target of $51 was assigned.....
