Kelly Johnson was the engineer/manager who assembled, inspired and generally LED the teams that built the F-104, the U-2 and the SR-71. He was "Mr. Skunk Works". The U-2 in particular was delivered on a timetable that would leave most of today's technical managers flatly incredulous - if he hadn't actually gone and done it. A giant among men he. I heartily applaud Druss placing him near the top.

Neocon--Kelly Johnson was the inventor of the P-38 Lightning fighter of WWII, the U-2, the Blackbird (SR-71) and originator of the Lockheed Skunk Works. Tremendous influence on aircraft design and manufacturing techniques, hard to imagine aircraft now without him.
Noyce--Developed the Microchip I believe.
Ataturk--Correct, founder of modern Turkey.
All the Best
