Bunnie, you're getting OLD... Post where I talked about Legislation!... I am sure it's coming though... Just a short matter of time... And it's even better News now that we know that Insiders and Promoters will also be hampered in unloading their shares... Micro-caps should now FLY, IMO... Actually, Insiders don't really unload their RESTRICTED STOCKS, as you well know: they sell them to the Canadian Brokers at huge Discounts, so that they can in turn SHORT the underlying Stock without risk...
