Why Francois, I just received the IBDO (BDO SELDMAN LLP)report of independent public accountant for SFLK dated July 15 1999 from Gerard. I am shocked. "As discussed in Note 1 to the financial statements, the company has net losses of $920,600 and $620,800 for the years ended as of March 31, 1999 and 1998 respectively. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the companies ability to continue as a ongoing concern." I will give you more blurbs as I do not have the time right now.
