Thanks for the post...
CCM does look interesting and certainly fits the profile...
The "New Polaris" property has 3.9 million tonnes at .41 oz/tonne for a possible resource of between 1.1-1.6 million oz Au. They do not have cash but I do not really see that as a concern right now. The idea of this thread is to look for gold that is not sold forward.
The Costa Rica mine is also interesting especially with WRM's results that were put out on Friday.
From the CCM website...

"At CA $0.25 per share, Canarc is capitalized at only US $3 per resource oz. and offers substantial upside potential to prudent investors."

Good pick...

TVX-T...as I stated last week...something more is going on there and I think that it is concerns about the hedge book.

This is fantastic...make sure that you read the whole thing at least a couple of times...

Message 11629088

If the #s are correct then that proves why TVX is getting hammered...Normandy is hedged for 7 years 91%...TVX's only other asset is the Greek Mine which is half owned by somebody else.
DROOY looks great as does Kinross, Homestake, Harmony etc
Lihir (VEN) is also hedged quite a bit...

I heard that Polaris Taku has a problem with Arsenic. IN my opinion companies which benefit at $500US gold would Metallica. Cerro San Pedro would be economic.

Others would be Pangea and if the Luicho project optioned by Pacific Rim proves to have 3 million ounces, PFG would also.
