Dear Mel: Yes, you MUST get the little booklet at the store and deal ONLY with those names listed therein. Once a "salesman" gets your name the company cannot take his commission away from him. I followed the rules as outlined in the book and had no trouble whatsoever. What I did to make sure of everything I wanted etc etc was go to OTHER dealers and do all my detailed studying/testing etc there. To be fair, I gave them a chance to get my business but they were just unable to match the deal. I had no tradein (cash deal) so it was easy to compare prices. JOHN
ps: Dont know your age etc. but here is another little Hint. Sometimes COST just doesnt have the prescription you want. Well, you still ask them, IF they had it what would they charge? Then go to Walmart and they will MATCH the price.
