I will have you know that the tsetse fly is a citally important subject. If you had African Sleeping Sickness, you'd have a different tone (it would be more comatose.) Besides, what's $50,000 dollars? Congress recently gave the military $18 billion more than the Pentagon asked for. Is that conservative fiscal responsibility? PS- If you can cite statistics on government waste, I'd be thrilled to death. I need to find cash to fund my debate policy. 70% of tax revenue would help. :-)
