john - I thought hdl's post was just a comprehensive list of every argument made in the last year about why DELL's hypergrowth is in the past - rather than an attempt to present a case. I thought it was amusing, interesting and covered the range from possible to absurd quite nicely. Kind of like those lists on the joke thread - 50 questions to see if you are a real engineer (an extroverted engineer looks at the other guy's shoes when he is talking...)
