<<And no one here would deny you your right to post your views, even though they may in fact be more appropriate to a day traders realtime chat room.>>

Hmmm... and I thought that I posted on matters of more general concern than 'realtime trading'.

<<Interesting. I'll let the other day traders here be the judge of this. I know, I know. Direct access, Level 2, instant execution (even on 10K shares <g>), always buy at the bid, sell at the ask, 1/16 losses, multipoint winners, etc. And never a bad entry. LOL.>>

<<I mean if you could help us all, never lose money on a trade>>

I never claimed I "never lost money on a trade" - in fact I gave an example of a loss just this past Friday. Nor have I even claimed never to lose money on a NITE trade. I lost on some trades in NITE going long. What I do claim, and what was an answer to your statement <<shorting opportunity on which you, of course, never lose money?>> is that indeed, I never lost money SHORTING NITE. I repeat - I never had a bad short trade in NITE. In general, I am extra careful shorting on all stocks, but NITE was a pretty special situation. I pick my shorts with care - in the case of NITE, I like to short the morning rise, and I like to short rallies. This doesn't mean that when I take a position, it can't still run up a 1/4 on me - but the blessed thing about NITE, is that I could always count on it coming back down. Those were the easy days - now that the bad news is actually out, and NITE is at a considerable low, that strategy is no longer as safe.

<<I know this was intended to pull me back into dialog with you, after you were so soundly whipped in the first round <g>.>>

I'm glad to see that your world is such a happy one. A world in which you "soundly whip" me in various "rounds". Now, if only it corresponded to reality.

Good luck!

Morgan
