The Canadian challenge

Mr. Reidl of Fairvest Securities said that if Canada could land a number of similar convictions, it would send a clear message to Bay Street that illegal insider trading will not be tolerated.

"We would like -- in the interests of all the participants in the marketplace -- to see a few more of these examples made," he said.

I can't wait to file a claim against the bum if he loses.

Ugh...Terence Corcoran - I think he's a total jerk. I was pleased to see him disappear from the Globe and Mail some time ago, as I thought it meant he was gone. Now I see he's simply switched papers.
